Quick messages are templates of messages that you can have in memory so that you can quickly send them to the contact via different ways.

Quick messages are also exportable / importable so you can export the message and then re-import it because maybe you have changed software location and so on.

Select the Message and click on the Edit button at the top right.

You can call up a quick message directly in the contact's chat You can take advantage of this option to go and send a message quickly to some numbers in the phone book then through the message sending panel again using the shortcut buttons. You can call up quick messages directly also in the automations in the message node.
